Yandy is delusional. Why is she acting like it was okay for her to not answer her phone and make Jim miss his show? And his dough? That was very unprofessional. She allowed her ego to get in the way of her business relationship with Jim. Her relationship/misunderstanding with his girlfriend should not have taken precedence over her job as his manager. Yandy is a clown. And she is very messy.

Yea, after watchin this episode I'ma say Crissy is out of line. She doesn't have clear idea of respect. She feels like everyone should respect her yet she NEVER shows that same respect. And respect her for WHAT?? Bein a KEPT woman? Cuz last I looked, Yandy has a real JOB, TITLE, and is known.
