Candy had to do what it was right for the company. Taylor was given many chances and he had the chance to change his ways. Once you come to work, your personal problems are out the window. The supervisor expect you to focus on your job, that what the bosses tell you once you start working for a company. If you can't separate personal issues from work then (unfortunately) you are done!.
