As graduation approaches, Dr. Drew and his staff check in with the patients to discuss their aftercare plans. Watch the full episode.
Brought to you by Stoli Vodka. WTF!!!!!
I am loving Steven Adler right now he has come along way on celebrity rehab and i hope he does well staying sober.
Thank you Sean you said it , " Michael suck the air/life out of the whole group, He is a media attention freakout....
I love the "Burt Reynolds" look Jeremy is going for here... chewing gum just like hes driving in Smokey and the Bandit!!
i give it 3 months. all of that medication is disturbing i'm surprised he can afford that ****!
after seeing his melodrama, i think i know why Lindsay wants to change her last name!
i only pray Mike Starr finds peace.
Good for you! Congratulations! :)
I hope that Jessica is able to stay off the substances, and also wonder if she is in therapy since she had a previous suicide attempt.
whats the deal with jeremy's mustache?
Why would anyone, including and especially Dr. Drew, think this approach would ever work? Coddling and babying these people will not work and apparently has not worked. They need Marine Corps boot camp. This is just a vacation for them where they get to hang out all day, to nothing, and talk about their feelings, with predictable results.
This is TV folks...you know, swimmin' pools...movie stars!!! In real life, Kate Major would never get to Michael because Michael would have no access to a phone except once a week. Any calls made to him would be screened for emergencies only and if he couldn't deal with that, he'd be outa there. Rules are strict and you're expected to follow them...otherwise you ain't serious and you have to go. He's been given privileges for the sake of the show .... no drama, no show. This ain 't rehab friends...this is tvland...with a bunch of burned out stars trying to get their careers back by allowing themselves to be exploited by Drew Pinsky - who, by the way, talks out of every single corner of his mouth that he can access. I'm sure he's a good guy...but he's not what I consider a good mental health professional.
So very sad some of the comments here. Dr. Drew is a wonderful person, I wish there were more like him. I applaud him and his patients on their commitment to making themselves better people.
You truly are delusional. So very sad. I am sure you are a much better person then he is, which is why you are casting your negative judgement here.
So speaks the professional. Again with the judgement and no encouragement. I hope he succeeds and I am sure with his attitude he will.
Do you really believe its only 20 days? That is just what is aired on VH1. There is much more behind the scenes then we all know. Very sad how people just assume things.
Whats even worse is your take on the show? Why would they let her on the premises? Perhaps you were not watching? It is not a walled complex with security. They were both outside in the street arguing and that is why the police came due to the public disturbance. I am sure Micheal wants to fix his life but the human psyche is a very complex thing. If you were living in his world do you think you would fare better? Perhaps instead of ridiculing you might encourage instead. Or maybe you just know everything that is going on,. I doubt it.
Mike Starr...so sad. To see the life & spirit returning to his face at 6 months was so beautiful. I'm glad I took suggestions and I'm glad I have been sober for 18 yrs. this past July.
This episode was absolutely ridiculous. I really believe hat Michael does wantto change his life but he is so wrapped up in this stupid "Kate Major" character (who was also with Jon Gosselin?) to make any sort of progress. It's honestly just really pathetic that he can't get his sh*t together for his own family. Not only is this pyscho woman taking away from his progress but I'm sure all of the other patients at the recovery center. Why would they even let her on the premises to begin with if they knew she was using? Since Dr. Drew is a DOCTOR and deals with addicts reguarly shouldn't he be accustomed to addicts lying all the time and saying "Yeah sure, I'll check in to rehab on Monday"?! I'm sad to say this episode just really turned me off to the show. It's becoming more reality tv crap and drama then showing these people actually getting better.
So sad about Mike Starr...brought tears to my eyes even though I already knew he had passed. I really hope Steven Adler thinks long and hard about it and makes his recovery count this time. And regarding Jeremy's porn stache...it was fantastic. And creepy. And it made me laugh. All he was missing is some chest hair and gold chains.
