I disagree. Although I don't think it should take someone 8, 10, 12, 20 years before they decide that this is the person that they want to spend the rest of their life with. I also don't think that is a decision that can be made in six months. Do you really even know someone in six months? Every relationship is different. For you it might take one year for me it might take seven. I know at least four couples that were together for years before getting married (12, 15, 18 respectively). It depends on what works for you.

000aAlright, Bostonchicky here to comment and you will not like what I have to say. I watched Chrissy intently on L&HH, and like Mimi and Erica on L&HH Atlanta, there before you is a motherless child. From her psychotic episodes with Yandy to her suckerpunching Kimbella to her acceptance of a man that is high 24/7. Jim is always on something and cannot keep his eyes open and be fully engaged regardless of the level of seriousness of the conversation. Back to Chrissy....I never got the history of her relationship with her mother, but her brief biography states that she was not raised by her mother or father. The unwanted child syndrome. Jim showed her unconditional love and affection and she then became so overly possessive that she wants him to disassociate with a trusted manager and friend, Yandy. Choose her over his mother (which in certain cases, yes, but in other cases, no) His homeboy, the little fella that created the song with his mother. He has known Jim far longer than Chrissy. She wants no one to be close to Jim but her. But here is the gruesome reality. She also does not want to have his baby BECAUSE that would mean his affection would be shared with the chid, partiularly a girl baby. This is classic of a prelude to being an abusive moher herself. Chrissy is unable to control her emotions where Jim is involved. She is constantly feeling threatened by anyone and she probably dropped Olivia as a friend because from time to time Jim would share surprises and have intimate conversations with Olivia and Chrissy's jealous antennas wasn't having that so she made Yandy the scapegoat to abandon the friendship thereby severing Olivia's ties with Jimmy. Classic, classic, classic. Now I do not know if she has a college degree or not, if she had a career before meeting Jimmy or not. She certainly is well-spoken and could get into some sort of law career or political science. She is a great debater. However she needs self-discipline and control and a life of her own instead of controlling Jimmy's who I can tell is spiraling downward. He is an older rapper and looks like his zeal, ambition and drive has been driven out from dealing with her at the crib playing house.000a

Naw I think Chrissy worked so hard to be with Jim and now that they are on the brink of marriage she is second guessing her choice ... She isn't pushy, the things she is saying Jim should already know .... and it seems like Jim is all about what he want and he doesn't consider what Chrissy wants.

Actually, I don't know, I think she is beautiful and intelligent. However, she puts too much on Jimmy. It is Not his job to make her happy or help her get on a career path. Just think how much money she would have if she invested some of that Christian Louboutins (sp)in an annuity or high interest earning account. All these years she should have taken some finances courses or something. Just because he is an entertainer doesn't mean she Has to be in that industry.
