I dont like the assistant. As a Hairstylist myself Keratin Blowout is made with famoloide (sp)...It was banned in the US a while back...She is one of those assistants that is really trying to get over. Not a good look for Sean. I also thought it was odd how the client for katrina walked in and automatically said my man might leave...real suspect to me which proves how scripted the show is...& the style..omg she said tight curls...but they where regular spirals... & do they not wash the hair.or do the assistants wash & blow in the back...either way im confused...

Go syreeta! Good advice just do it behind the scenes not in front of clients.So i understand lolita. It makes her look like she dos'nt know what shes doing and that can be embarrassing. love Elgin! Dont be jealous of sean he's one of the highlights of the show. Use him to help sell your products if that lures them in! Then let the product do the rest! Great show!

That is one thing I can't stand is a stylist having an attitude over my head! If you know you're going to have a problem doing someone's hair then don't even let them sit in your chair! But to complain and have attitude in your hands while styling someone's head....RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Yeah Sean has personality, but sometimes you can have too big of a personality and it won't work out for you anywhere you go to. Common courtesy and a humble attitude go a long way. I'm so glad that l Iearned how to deal with my own natural hair so I don't have to deal with *** like this anymore.

And Sean assistant is really pretty I think the other lady are haters......and Katrina hair styling sucks....lets just keep it real, but Sureta im sure she has recent education...and can teach some of those stylist something new.....

So true...I would have walked out seriously...that was so unprofessional...or asked someone else to do my hair cuz im sure she's paying a grip....But I love Sean....he he.....he makes the show....with his pretty, sexy self.....

Sean is just too much. If you have natural hair don't come to me? say what? If you were really a true stylist or even a black hair stylist, you can do and bear natural hair. He's just a little too glitz and glam. He is not all that and he needs to humble himself and do his job well.

I can't believe they were even married. I mean, I feel like he is straight. Don't judge because he owns a salon, he got money. Then Sean, need to take it easy on his assistant. I am sure she is good. I would be her client. But Great show so far.

I love this show! I love Elgin but Sean makes the show, the crew .......you can tell is family but that damn Sy'Reeta is sneaky and has really overstepped her bounderies, she has to go! And as for the director Micheal.......if he has been directing for "quite a while" then there is no excuse to why he doesn't have his damn nasty ass teeth fixed!
