Brandy is really out of line. Its as though she doesn't care about her brother's feelings, or HIS views. She's projecting a lot of her wanting a relationship onto her brother. You don't just disregard someone's feelings like that. Its wrong.

Women are nurturers in a way men are not. Men are independent and don't want to be told what to do. Much like parents with kids--sometimes we just love too hard and we let our own issues cloud us from seeing what someone else needs. I think Ray did the right thing in being honest with Brittany. Most don't choose that path. Sometimes you have to let a person fly solo. Sometimes in our zeal we have a tendency to minimize the pain our loved one may be going through. Ray is young. When he is ready to find love and keep it he will. Sometimes you just have to trust the chips... wherever they may fall. There's nothing wrong with her loving her brother. The problem is she is smothering her brother. She's not jealous and I don't think Ray meant that. He's got a lot of deep wounds. he's always been in the shadow. It could not have been easy watching Brandy's life take off and watching his parents throw everything into building the Brandy empire and having to sit on the sidelines. This business does that. That's why balance is so critical. He will learn in time. I appreciate his growth thus far from that whack reality show looking for love.

"I do not think Brandy is trying to live her life through her brother nor is she jealous of him afterall she was a huge success before he was ever known of. like she kept reiterating, she is trying to keep him from experiencing wht she has experienced already. I think he is just letting his ego get in the way and he is feeling himself waaaaaaaay too much! he needs to get over himself and just really be real and genuine. It is good that he told Brittany in so many words that he's a dog, and keeps using the excuse of his lifestyle as a celebrity, but for someone that is always boastin' and braggin about "keepin it 100", he is being fake as hell through his actions and it is obvious he is going through some kind of identity crisis, because one minute he is on a reality show lookin for love (which was a complete lie and a joke) but then on this show, he's supposedly been with this female for three years? Brandy I understand you're concerned for your brother but he is a GROWN MAN & he has to make his OWN decisions. Stop trying to live your love life through your brother. That's why females get hurt in the end because they try to hold on to something that just isn't there. I commend Ray J for being honest with Brittany. He's just not ready to commit to anyone yet. If Brandy was really concerned for Brittany she would understand where Ray J is coming from. Brandy is a female she knows how it is. So, she'd rather for Ray J & Brittany to be together get cheated on & be unhappy? What sense does that make? Ray J knows what he want to do. Relationships take a lot of hard work. Everything happens for a reason. It may not make sense at the moment but it will later on. Brandy needs to back off & mind her business. Worry about YOUR love life, geez!

Brandy doesn't know her place. She sees and knows only what she is able to observe. To be so passionate about a relationship she's not living or breathing, not knowing the disappointment her brother is living through, etc., is so out of place. She acts like his relationship is some kind of movie. If your brother says he's not happy, the response is not "this girl loves you, you need to make it work!", the response is "why aren't you happy Ray?" That was never her concern and that is the real reason why her relationship with her brother is fractured. Not for nothing... Britt was pretty, but she wanted love without giving it back. She was NOT holding her man down. If she can roll to his house at 4 in the morning, she could sit up in the studio until then and roll home with him. Then there would be no worries. Stay on the video shoot. She wasn't kicked off. See some chicks and she left! Really? That's a whack girlfriend. No. She wanted him to choose her over his career and there is no man that is going to do that. She'll be alone forever if she's waiting on that. She definitely could have handled things differently to show her support, but she wanted Ray J to be all about her without being all about him. Brandy, you really picked the wrong side on this one...

I understand where Brandy is coming from but she gotta realize that she can't live thru her brotha the only thing she can do is let him do him and stand by him instead of fighting wit him he gotta learn by his own trials and tribulations...i love both of em and have much respect for both but they are 2 different poeple and thats what make them who they are

Brandy, I am a big sister to and it is so easy for us to want to tell our little brothers what we think is best for them, but we have to understand is that a man, no matter how much you try to tell that this or that is best for him, he is just going to go the other way, so from one sister to another, he is going to have to find his own way and all you can do is to be there for him and support him, think back to the times that someone told you what they thought you should do how did you feel. Love your brother and respect him as a man and in this time that he feels the he is doing him, just be their when he hits that wall or take that fall, don't tell him that I told you so, but I love you no matter what you do be it right or wrong, let him know that you have been there done that and you are only here to help him, not hurt or disrespect him. Pray and ask GOD to give you the right words to say to him, and you cant go wrong. Blessings and love to you both.

The truth is every time someone has their kids on a reality show they're accused of exploiting the child. The fact that they're trying to get her out of the house more says to me she's spending time at home with her daughter. Giver her a break, she hasn't been in a "relationship and in love" in 6 years. Mothers need love too.
