I definately think this song is about Jake Gyllenhaal. Usually Jake wears plaid shirts and wears a puffy vest a lot whether with or without the plaid underneath and also sports a scruffy look. While photographed together in her hometown, she wore a similar dress to that in this video, and he was wearing a plaid button up shirt with a puffy vest over top of it. I love how Taylor never reveals verbally who her songs are about, but in her videos she has the love interest (or ex-love interest in most cases) look like the guy she wrote the song about:)
