piss off

About time with Heart
Try Zepp"E"lin
What everybody has to remember and the guys have said it several times that the network has final say. I think its very obvious Viacom cares more about profit margin than ratings, or they wouldnt show movies and tv shows that they own rights to that nothing to do with music. Also as far as guest muscians they only shoot on certain dates and theirs certain availabity and other things. Eddie has said several times there a a ton of people he'd love to have on but because of availbilty or network approval or a million other reasons it just doesnt work out. I bet theres a bunch of b/s the guys hate but at the same time cant bite the hand that feeds you. 000a000aFinally as the lists go its their interpertation of category as well as their opinion. Thats what fun about the show everyone debating their opinions.000a000aIam not trying to be a jerk or anything take the show for what it is and there is pros/cons to everything. Just take these things into consideration and voice them to viacom and vh1 classic Eddie and the guys have little say ultimatley the show name and everything is owned by viacom
I was at that Y&T concert! It was awesome!
Don't forget Dream Theater's 6:00 and Honor Thy Father. And Mastodon's The Wolf is Loose.
shitt i forgot about levee/rock n roll. I'd also go with a few other ones commented down below. But the drum intro i feel should have definitely been up there was HONOR THY FATHER: DREAM THEATER
I first commented thinking this was just intros, so drum intros? I guess even though the Over The Mountain intro is really short, it seems like a tough lick. I think you guys go to too much of the same bands and songs though. What about Deep Purple Fireball? Guns n Roses You Could Be Mine? Rush One Little Victory? Sepultura - Territory? Slayer Epidemic? Disturbed Down With The Sickness? Hammerfall Heeding The Call? I'm 42 years old and can find a broader range of good intros that what you guys chose. I'm the same age as you are, please try harder.
i never saw these (3) guys work so hard to make something so crappy seem credible. None of these guy's ever got into Heart! Nor did any of us watching, get into them. not only because they suck and stunk up the FM radio for us (we'd rather be listening to Greg Kihn, or Montrose) WE like Hard rock and Metal. Not blow rock.
alright now. Aerosmith fired Megadeth for making jokes about them on a local radio show. What should Def Leopard do to these useless dirt bags for their desperate merciless effort of self glorification of slamming the hand that feeds them?
well, that was awkward!
1. Painkiller -Judas Priest000a2. Hot For Teacher- Van Halen000a3. When The Levee Breaks- Led Zeppelin000a4. Over The Mountain- Ozzy Osbourne000a5. YYZ - Rush
Doug is phenomenal, but come on? Can we get some new guys on there? He's been on the show along with Schenker, John 5 and some other ones way too many times!000a000aHow about some variety? Maybe the audience can pick the guitarists, it is not so hard to do via FB.000a000aHere are a few to consider:000a000aUli Roth000aMohammed Suicmez000aKerry King000aMikael Akerfeld000aAlexi Laiho000aBrandon Small000aAndy Laroque000a000a... should I even continue?
Well, Deep Purple got disrespected again. This time, on the Top 5 Drum Intros. How about 'Fireball'?! A rare double bass drum performance by Ian Paice, a drummer(single bass drummer) that outclasses most rock/metal drummers, with his fancy footwork. All the while, using just ONE bass drum. Way to go, TMS guys....again.
Good call! Single bass too!
My top 5 drum intros that didn't make the list.000a000a1) Rock and Roll - Led Zepplin000a2) Rock and roll all night - KISS000a3) Everybody Wants Some - Van Halen000a4) 13 Steps to Nowhere - Pantera000a5) Trust - Megadeth000aHonorable mention: The Wickedness of Man - Trouble

Pictures of Home was forgotten. simple but important.
If you're not gonna include Eric Carr for "I Love it Loud", then you've got to include him for "King of the Mountain". Epic!
