It means VH1 are looking after their intellectual property (it is a business after all) and that yours (and my) country doesn't have the rights to share and watch these episodes in our region/country - that is, we may watch it on TV but no rights given for internet showings yet. Protocols have been placed on this site limiting who can watch them (maybe just within the United States). Shame, but that's the way it is. Rock on!
