Dr. Tolin hopes one last exposure will allow the patients to move forward from their OCD. Watch the final episode of The OCD Project!
"I wanna go hooome!" "I don't wanna do it!" WAH WAH WAH OMG get over it, crybaby!
As others viewers have noted this damn video player sucks. It jumps forward and skips many good parts, but ofcourse it does a great job of playing those stupid commercials. This was a great show, however. The treatment and drama was utterly fascinating.
Kristen needs to do something about her orange make up face AND she should def. color her eyebrows...they are an odd red/orange color! At least the match her face!!!!
i think this show i totally interesting and makes u wonder if ur doing some of the same things unknowingly.
A few other people have mentioned this, what is up with this player not showing the whole episode?? It's super upsetting and it's done this on the other episodes too. I thought maybe it was just bad editing, they say they're going to show something and then they don't. I don't have VH1 so I don't know if the show was like this on TV or if it just how they put up online. But seriously, fix it!! As for the actual show, I loved it. This show as so awesome. I think I cried during every episode. I think Kristen's journey was so amazing and I really hope that she was able to get fully better. Way to go guys!
wow......kirsten is a cry baby!!!!!! "so tired of her idnt wanna do it wahhhh"
Per Kevin's site, sorry, had forgotten that; it's kevinu2.webs.com
REUNION would be nice
Happy to see our Episode 6 comments are back. So, THANKS to the VH1 online staff! Still have yet to know who the Dr. was that "treated" Kevin after the show. I tried emailing him (Kevin), but nothing. Any of the other 5 know? Interested & curious :)
Mee tooo(: Hes so cute (:
SAME im pissed off too about that
the same ads OVER AND OVER again is very annoying, and it wont play in the right spots, and kristen's visit plays 2 times in a row. and where's KEVIN and TRACI'S visits?! i REALLY wanted to see traci 2 months later!!!!! grrrrrrrr
we want a reunion show!!! :) also, will this series be available on dvd any time soon?
i am just like kristen.. its carzy.. what she did on this show i could never do... i will just stay the way i am...
No, never tested, never diagnosed. OCD was diagnosed, mild Tourette's was questioned, as was ADHD. Also, I see dead people....JUST KIDDING :) Please see my open letter at my site www.kevinu2.webs.com Not so sure visiting temples is the best thing.
No. no. I did not "fake" my way onto anything. They said I was an actor/aspiring actor on the show. Is it possible for actors to have OCD?? Yes...Howie Mandel, DeCaprio, Billy Bob Thornton, Jessica Alba, Donal Trump, Howard Stern... My two "issues" are scrupulosity and magical thinking.
Kevin. Did you fake your way on to the show? People check these links out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mp_StazlYJA&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXsWwW_C6Io
This is Kevin from the OCD PROJECT. First and foremost, I'd like to thank VH1 for having my comments here. I want to say that there were many positive experiences and gains in the house (reinvigorating my painting as I've sold 10 pieces already, more OCD awareness, facing fears for the first time, making 5 new great friends, etc). Also, there was a decrease in my OCD symptoms upon leaving after-treatment (of which I'll go into greater detail on my website). So, I want to take this moment to say "Thank You" to Dr. Tolin and the other therapists involved. That being said, there is still some "unfinished business". Mainly it is dealing with mental compulsions WHICH are the very thing I'm scared of. Let me make that clear. The obsessions and the compulsions are very "co-mingled". This was never addressed. If any Dr. reading might be able to help with this issue and/or has significant expertise in scrupulosity and/or magical thinking, please email me at kevsage@hotmail or comment below. Thank you.
I wanted to thank those who wrote in response to my letter on my website. One of the respondents said this which I thought was quite clever, "Thank goodness that DSM doesn't include "Extremely Bright, Creative and Eccentric disorder." Judy, I think in the next DSM, they probably will! To see my site please go to kevinu2.webs.com
Dr. Tolin is awsome. Hope he does another show! Thank you for having this show on the air!
