From 'The Jenny McCarthy Show' Cocktail Files: Cheers Your Mother With A "MOMosa"

Jenny McCarthy is extending an early honor to her mother and yours on tonight's episode of The Jenny McCarthy Show. What better way to celebrate your mom squeezing you out of her vagina this Sunday than with the perfect brunch cocktail? It's more than a mimosa, it's the MOMosa! Now here's to getting tipsy with your mother.

Ingredients

+1 medium peach (peeled, pitted and sliced) OR 1 cup of frozen peach slices

+¼ cup water

+¼ cup orange juice

+1 tablespoon peach schnapps

+champagne

+raspberries for garnish

Directions

Place the peaches and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and then lower the heat. Let the fruit simmer for 90 seconds before removing from the heat. Allow the fruit to cool for 20 minutes.

Place the peach mixture in a blender and puree until smooth. (This makes a lot of peach puree, so refrigerate any leftovers!)

For the cocktail, place ¼ cup of the peach puree in the bottom of a champagne glass. Add the orange juice and peach schnapps and finish off with champagne. Garnish with a handful of raspberries and enjoy it with the woman who pushed you out of her vagina.
