Less than two weeks to go until the series premiere of Hit The Floor, and we're doing back bends and high-kicks just thinking about all the pride, power, and lust that will soon be bursting from our television screens. To make the wait somewhat more bearable, stars Kimberly Elise, Taylour Paige, and the artist formerly known as Superman (ahem, Dean Cain) will join VH1's very own Tia Williams for a brand-new installment of Very VH1.
