We've seen Basketball Wives star Tami Roman rock a lot of different hairstyles in the past --- braids, bangs, and everything in between. But we've never seen her quite like this. Tami has gone blonde, and we love love love the new look.

The more appropriate description might be "ombré" since she's got the dark roots but we love her lightened up locks, and the rest of her look is pretty flawless too. What do you think of Tami's new style?
