These Three Teenage Girls Do Beyonce So Well, Bey Signed Them for $1.5 Million to Her Entertainment Company

Bow down to the Queen's newest signees.

Back in January of last year, Beyonce posted the Bailey sisters’ cover of “Pretty Hurts” to her Facebook page. Bey was so blown away by 17-year-old Chloe and 15-year-old Halle Bailey’s fresh take on her song, she signed the sisters to Parkwood Entertainment, her entertainment company, for $1 million.

The Queen has also inked a $560,000 deal with 14-year-old Sophie Beem, who was a top 40 finalist on the X-Factor in 2012. Some speculate that Bey is cooking up the next Destiny’s Child. I think Beyonce is all about talent and empowering young females, and this is her way of doing just that.

While we wait to see what kind of music Bey’s newest signees will drop — and whether or not they will drop exclusively on Tidal, hear the Bailey sisters’ cover of “Pretty Hurts” and Beem’s original song, “Two Way Street.”
