Just to prove he's a wardrobe wizard, Anthony explains that Raquel's little black and white striped two-piece outfit was once a one-piece dress from T.J. Maxx that he took his scissors to and made his own. And you don't need to be a genius seamstress to get the same results. "All it takes is a little vision," he says.
