Celebrities are not like you and me; many of them need to have a signature look, a memorable style to set them apart, and in a lot of cases, that look involves a bandana. This has been true for many decades, but perhaps no decade was so defined by the bandana as the '90s. It was the era of Rico Suave, J.Lo was still with Diddy and she totally dug those white head scarves, and Bret Michaels was about to hop on the Rock Of Love Bus.

Since VH1 is bringing Gerardo, the man behind "Rico Suave" back for the brand-new docu-series, Suave Says, we thought we'd give this one-time style icon and his bandana brethren a shout out. Take a look at some of our favorite celebs who made their mark while they were tying one on (their foreheads).

Suave Says premieres on Wednesday, December 3rd at 10PM ET/PT.
