Lolly's Favorite Things: Sarah Goldberg Looks At The '90s In 'Hindsight'

Sarah Goldberg may be time traveling back to 1995 as Lolly on VH1's newest series Hindsight but the actress has already lived this decade - she was just, like, nine back then. VH1 chatted with the charming Goldberg about her very favorite (and least favorite) things from the throwback decade and she gave us a little intel into the woman who plays Lolly.

Check out her answers below for some surprising facts. (Rod Stewart fan, y'all!)

Favorite ‘90s Movie

"At the time Clueless but in hindsight Pulp Fiction."

Favorite '90s Toy

"Popples - though they originated in the '80s - I had a large collection in the '90s."

Favorite ’90s TV Show

My So Called Life and Party of Five

Favorite ‘90s Band

"At the time, Ace of Base but in hindsight Mazzy Starr."

Your Personal ’90s Anthem

"'You Oughta Know' by Alanis Morisette though Benny & Joon put The Proclaimer's 'I'm Gonna Be (500 miles)' on rewind in my walkman for a solid year."

Your ‘90s Crush

"Luke Perry"

Favorite '90s Trend

"Jelly Sandals"

Least Favorite '90s Trend

"Scrunchies and crimping, though Lolly is convincing me otherwise."

Most Memorable Moment Of The '90s

"I wish i could say it was seeing Pulp perform 'Common People' at Glastonbury in 1995, but sadly it was seeing Rod Stewart perform in Vancouver (front row!) in 1994 at the ripe old age of eight. Until Ace of Base came along, Rod was everything. I knew every word so he brought me on stage to dance with him. I should also point out that I was wearing a black velvet suit with a Blossom hat and that I can't be held fully accountable for either my Rod obsession, or my velvet attire."

What You Miss Most About The '90s

"The peace and quiet of not having your entire life on a machine, in your pocket, at all times."

Catch Sarah as Lolly on all new episodes of Hindsight, Wednesdays at 9/8c.
