Nick Jonas' Gay Sex Scenes in 'Kingdom' Aren't Romantic + More Monday Talk

We left Nick Jonas' character Nate on his Audience Network show Kingdom in crisis mode about his sexuality. The sexy 22-year-old opened up about exactly what the gay sex scenes on the show's second season, which premieres October 14, will entail.

"...it's less about romance than it is about human needs," Nick told E! News. "That's the best way to describe it."

Damn. So, it looks like we won't be seeing any Kurt Hummel/Blaine Anderson-like relationships in the near future for Nate. What we will see, though, is a character dealing with his homosexuality in a very hyper-masculine environment.

"It's tough because he's living and working in a really macho world and I think he's just trying to figure out where he fits in in being who he is," he said. "So it is a struggle and I'm trying to tell the story as honestly as possible with as much depth as possible."
