Places That Have Banned the Kardashians

No girls (or Rob or Scott) allowed.

The Kardashians. You love them, you hate them, or you some combination of both you can't quite understand. But some people and places decided enough was enough at one point or another and declared themselves a Kardashian-free zone. Here are a few of the places the Kardashian family just isn't welcome.

The Hamptons

The Hamptons was not happy at the prospect of being taken by Kourtney and Khloe. First they were banned from filming in one of the Hamptons' most popular restaurants, then locals were encouraged to call the police on them.

South Beach

When Kourtney and Kim took Miami, they wanted to take it via a South Beach beach house, but the neighbors gave them an emphatic no. The ended up taking North Beach instead.

The Met Ball

Before she was on Kanye's arm (Anna Wintour LOVES herself some Yeezy) Kim was famously not allowed anywhere near the Met Gala and neither was her family. Of course that all changed with their engagement and marriage (though only Kim was welcome last year) and this year's gala was littered with Kardashians. But will they be back next year? Wintour had made a rule about not posting pictures from inside the event and Kim broke it all over the place, so she might be in trouble.

Kendall's fashion shows

“Kim was invited to a lot of the shows that I was in,” [Kendall Jenner] told LOVE magazine. “She called me before and was like, ‘Hey, I was invited to the show, I just wanted to let you know. Do you want me to come?’ and I was like, ‘No.'”

Damn, even a sister can't give a sister a break.

Anderson Cooper's talk show

While playing a game of Plead the Fifth on Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen asked Anderson Cooper who he would ban from his show. Cooper named the Kardashians. In awkward-timing-news, Khloe tweeted how much she loved Cooper just two minutes prior.

Parking spots around Hollywood

Back in April, artist Plastic Jesus posted "No Kardashian Parking Anytime" signs around Los Angeles as a statement against the national fascination with the family and our skewed priorities for discussing them instead of bigger issues. Like I'm doing right now by posting this. Sorry, Plastic Jesus. I'll say three Plastic Hail Marys at once.

Florida. Just in general.

A prisoner in Florida tried to make sure no one in the family entered that state (except Rob — the guy was a big fan of socks apparently). Last month, a sex offender named Wayne Albright sought a temporary restraining order keeping Kim and Kanye, who he refers to as “Moose Knuckles," from crossing the state line or from appearing on television “unless it’s Court TV and they’re on trial for posing as a famous couple.” We're sure authorities took it very seriously and are devoting all resources to this important case.

Will Kim & Co. be banned from the Met Gala next year? The Gossip Table weighs in.
