Hear Sam Smith's Breathtakingly Beautiful Bond Theme, "Writing's On The Wall"

"For you, I have to risk it all 'cause the writing's on the wall."

The James Bond Spectre theme song has arrived, and it's a gorgeous, orchestral tune that finds Sam Smith sounding as immortal as ever.

"Writing's On The Wall" opens with majestic strings followed by a delicate piano. "Ive been here before," Sam's velvety voice sings. "I'm prepared for this, I never shoot to miss," he continues. "But I feel like a storm is coming."

The orchestra builds for the bridge, drops for the chorus, and lets everything fall again when Sam sings the words that inspired the title. It's breathtakingly beautiful, melodic, and divine. Give it a listen below.

With "Writing's On The Wall," Sam joins a long list of Bond theme singers, including Adele, Alicia Keys, Jack White, Madonna, and Gladys Knight. Spectre is slated for a November 6 release. Are you feeling "Writing's On The Wall"? Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
