Former 'Scandal' Star Columbus Short Isn't Headed to Jail, But You Should Still Be Scared of Him

Columbus Short's serious crime sitch isn't even close to being handled. Looks like the former Scandal star isn't headed behind bars after pleading no contest yesterday for a felony assault, but he's on three years probation which means he's STILL OUT THERE.

In March 2014, Short punched a guy at a West L.A. restaurant, knocking him unconscious and breaking his nose. Since he's not going to jail, here's what he is dealing with:

  • Three years probation

  • 60 days community labor

  • 26 anger management classes

  • Pay restitution to the victim.

    • He may be on his best behavior, but still. NO ONE IS SAFE.
