Want To Watch Anthrax Take The Stage On Motorhead's Motorboat? Of Course You Do!

Seriously, what kind of question is that?

Following back to back nights of Slayer can't be easy, but if there's one band who can do it, it's Anthrax. Scott Ian and the crew took over as the metal captains of Motorhead's Motorboat cruise last night, delivering an hour and a half set of searing power.

It was indeed a madhouse at the (hilariously inappropriately-named) Stardust Theater, as Anthrax pummeled the crowd into submission. Joey Belladonna's wails reached epic operatic proportions, while Scott hammered out the rhythm guitar riffs. For those of you who couldn't make the trip, check out their opener, "A.I.R.," for a little taste of what went down. The Slayer/Anthrax one-two punch is the perfect primer for the men of the hour—masters of the cruise that bear their name— the mighty Motorhead. We'll have more on them soon.
