Benzino Trolls The BET Hip Hop Awards On Instagram—But He Might Have A Point

He may be trolling, but could he be speaking some truth?

Benzino has taken to his Instagram to voice his frustrations about the BET Hip Hop Awards not stacking up to his own Source Awards.

Holding nothing back, he came in for the kill as he threw palm trees at the award show that aired last night.

Check out some of his many other IG posts below.

All of the other posts were simply captioned, "#SourceAwards." Enough said, we guess.

Though the BET Hip Hop Awards are cool, we can't front and say The Source Awards weren't always lit. Year after year, the best of the best in the hip hop game would pull up and show out.

It was definitely the place to be tosee the dopest hip hop acts. After the last Source Awards aired in 2002, BET saw an opportunity to give hip hop lovers what they longed for—a show that mainly featured the hottest rappers hitting the stage. For that, hip hop heads like myself thank the network!

But, the truth of the matter is, there'll never be another Source Awards. Facts Only.
