Teairra Mari's insecurities about her weight gain have become more and more challenging for her to face.

In a bonus clip from Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, Teairra shares with a friend that her body is taking a major toll on her confidence and feels like real a "barrier." Teairra's friend "isn't feeling that" but Teirra explains that it's what she needs in order to move forward. She then reveals she wants to show off her snatched body, post liposuction, at her own runway show.
