Carly Rae Jepsen is about to drop a "very '80s album." For a taste of just how '80s, look no further than its title: E•MO•TION.

Jepsen had two months to finish the rest of her sophomore album, Kiss, after "Call Me Maybe" went viral in 2012. She's had over two years to work on its followup, E•MO•TION, and that period of time has allowed her to experiment stylistically as well as land studio time with musicians she adores, such as Sia and Dev Hynes, a.k.a. Blood Orange.

Jepsen cites Cyndi Lauper as an inspiration to E•MO•TION, which Jepsen revealed is named after a song on the album, as well as the wide range of feelings within. Find out more about Jepsen's upcoming LP, to be released this summer, in the clip above.

Justin Bieber loves pushing Jepsen's music on social media, most famously by creating celebrity fan videos for "Call Me Maybe" and "I Really Like You." Find out what the songstress had to say about the Biebs' and other fan videos in the clip.
