As if you needed more confirmation that Nicki Minaj is queen.

The VH1 Big In 2015 With Entertainment Weekly honoree won big at the 2015 American Music Awards, taking home nods for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album (The Pinkprint) and Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist. She showed just how much of a goddess she is during her acceptance speech for the latter award. Nicki gave props to--wait for it--Fetty Wap. (The "My Way" rapper was also nominated at the AMAs last night.) Look at this veteran taking time to shine some light on a newcomer! We're here for this ish.

"Fetty Wap had such an incredible year and I know he didn't win," Nicki said. "But I have to shout him out for having that much success this early on the Billboard Hot 100."

In a genre so dominated by beefs, squabbles and perceived "shade-throwing," it's so refreshing to see one hip-hop artist give it up for another simply because she wants to. Nicki just put any idea she's a meanie to bed with this little moment. Way to spread the happiness. Love and hip-hop, indeed.
