John Legend is certainly in the Christmas spirit this year.
The incredibly talented singer gave a rapturous performance of “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town” at Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard’s White Hot Holidays special on Fox Wednesday night.
John ditched the piano this go-around, offering an uptempo, jazzy version of the classic holiday staple. And it was dazzling to watch.
John’s voice was on point, but even more yaaas-worthy were his backup dancers. Yes, John Legend channeled his inner Justin Timberlake and had backup dancers.
Yes, Santa is coming to town–and John is coming to slay. Bravo, my friend. You certainly kicked the White Hot Holidays special right!
