Iggy Azalea Cancels 'The Great Escape' Tour

But she is working on her next album.

We're not all that surprised, but after many setbacks Iggy Azalea has ended her upcoming tour, The Great Escape. The rapper confirmed the news on her Twitter apologizing to her fans for letting them down.

Sadly, you'll have to wait to hear "Pretty Girls" live. The tour was originally scheduled to kick off in April but was pushed back to fall with dates set to start on Sept. 18. There hasn't been an official reason on why the tour was cancelled. Was it illness? Lack of ticket sales? We don't know for sure, but Iggy is planning for another tour for her second album, which is in the works. An email was sent to fans who've purchased tickets for reimbursement:

"The Iggy Azalea Great Escape Tour scheduled for this fall has been cancelled and refunds are available at point of purchase. There will be a new tour planned around Iggy's new record to be released in 2016 and we apologize for any inconvenience."
