All good bosses care about what their people (in this case stormtroopers) think, even the commander of the First Order, Kylo Ren. Last night Adam Driver, who plays Ren in Star Wars: The Force Awaken, hosted Saturday Night Live and ditched his Kylo Ren mask to learn more about his colleagues at Starkiller Base as Matt the radar technician.

Driver totally embraces the Emo Kylo Ren memes, and throws classic Kylo tantrums when he doesn’t get his way. Words of advice: don’t say anything negative about is lightsaber, or anything negative about him at all.
