Amber Rose on Kim Kardashian: "We Literally Text Each Other All the Time"

It's MUVA x KKW these days.

Muva came through to drop some knowledge on the world's ignorance for the second time this week.

Just days after her public defense of Kim Kardashian's controversial selfie, Amber Rose opened up to ABC about why she stood up for Kardashian in the first place.

"I thought she looked beautiful," Rose said, adding that Kardashian is a great mother. "I'm gonna pick up for Kim. People think that me and Kim are arch enemies and we're not," she said. "We literally text each other all the time. We're very positive towards each other." Are you surprised? (We are.)

Rose added that by standing up for Kardashian, she was standing up for all women. "I'm a mom. I know how hard it is to work out and try to get your body back, but at the same time, embracing the fact that your body does change after you have a baby," Rose said. She went on to discuss the double standard of nude pictures.

"If Brad Pitt posted a picture like that, everyone would praise him," she said. "If any sexy guy posted a nude picture with a little black strip over his private areas, everybody would be like, 'Damn, he's hot, he's sexy looking. Look at that body!'"

Muva has spoken out about slut-shaming on many occasions, but her defense of Kardashian earlier this week was particularly noteworthy because of their rumored bad blood. Rose swiftly put those claims to rest in her ABC interview and managed to deliver more inspiring words about body image, motherhood and the double standard. However, she's still holding out on an apology from Kanye for that "30 showers" comment.

We look forward to more selfies from Rose and Kardashian—whether they choose to be naked or clothed.
