Alexa Curtin, Daughter of Real Housewives of Orange County star Lynne Curtin, Accuses O.C. Deputy of Rape

The investigation is still in development.

Alexa Curtin, daughter of former Real Housewives of Orange County star Lynne Curtin, has accused a sheriff’s deputy of raping her during a traffic stop when she was 21. According to TMZ, Curtin was leaving her boyfriend's Dana Point home in April 2014 when she got pulled over by a man she believes to be an O.C. deputy during a traffic stop.

In her lawsuit, Curtin states that the alleged officer grilled her, saying things like how many pairs of underwear she had and why she needed them. She says the unidentified man left to attend “pressing matters” and instructed her to wait. When he returned after roughly 20 minutes, he was in his personal vehicle and in civilian clothing.

"Since you are still here, I am going to f*** the s*** out of you," he said after getting into her car, according to court documents. Alexa describes the encounter as "nonconsensual sexual intercourse," and reveals that he ejaculated inside her and on her seat.

In the suit, Curtin says she was afraid to report the alleged rape to authorities out of fear the deputy would harm her again. She's suing Orange County for violating her civil rights and for an illegal search and seizure.

According to TMZ, The O.C. Sheriff's Department revealed that the officer Alexa names in her lawsuit, Deputy Epson, is not one of their employees, and has he ever been. They are still taking the case very seriously and are investigating the matter.
