Beyoncé Apparently Wanted to Feature This Anchor's Anti-"Formation" Rant on Her World Tour

Believe me, you remember the one.

Before Rachel Roy, the BeyHive's enemy No.1 was Internet anchor Tomi Lahren. Don't recognize the name? We didn't either, but after a quick Google search, it all came flooding back like the tears we shed watching Lemonade this weekend. Lahren is the anchor from TheBlaze who went on an anti-Bey tirade following her performance of "Formation" at the 2016 Super Bowl. Lahren said the performance was “a way to politicize and advance the notion that black lives matter more” and “perpetuate the great battle of the races.” Watch it below if you want to flare those Monday blues.

So, why is Lahren popping back up in the news today? TMZ reported on Lahren's claims that Beyoncé's team wanted to include her rant in a video for the upcoming Formation World Tour. Jezebel says the rant would've been featured in a montage of Bey's #haterz.

Notice how we wrote "would've," because it's not happening. Lahren reportedly refused to give Bey's team the rights to even include a 30-second audio snippet of the video, let alone the actual clip--a big mistake, in our eyes. Doesn't Lahren know any press is good press? Agreeing to appear in Bey's montage would no doubt bring more eyeballs to the clip, amplifying Lahren's career as a ~conservative champion~.

But, then again, maybe it's good Lahren turned down the offer. The BeyHive is feverish, as Rachel Roy found out this weekend. Best not to fire them up by reminding them of this...

In other Bey news, we tried a few items from her Ivy Park collection and loved them! Get the details in the video below.
