What’s your favorite red carpet-ready product?

My go-to red carpet product is a loose setting powder. I apply it as a setting powder and it absorbs shine without being too heavy. It’s a foolproof way to keep makeup perfectly intact all night.

What was big in makeup at this year's Met Gala?

Lip stains are making a comeback this year. We’ve seen so many brands come out with new and innovative lip products. For Florence’s beauty look, I lightly layered several shades of the Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick in Decollete ($12.50) to create a lip stain-type finish.

What will be big in makeup this summer?

Summer is all about the "undone, effortless" sort of look, so I suggest using minimal products that will enhance your natural beauty. A good lip stain, water resistant mascara and cream blush are all you need for effortless, natural looking summer effect.

Do you have any tips for summer makeup?

In the summer, it’s always important to carry a powder compact with you because the heat can make the skin very oily. The tiniest bit of powder helps mattify the skin while still keeping it radiant and glowing.

Recreate Florence Welch's 2016 Met Gala look by following Lisa's instructions below.

TIPS/TECHNIQUES: To create the perfect base, Lisa first cleansed the skin with Sephora Collection Triple Action Cleansing Water and used Instant Depuffing Roll-On Gel to moisturize the under eye area. Lisa also prepped Florence’s skin using Sephora Collection Beauty Amplifier Set and Refresh Spray to ensure that the makeup will apply evenly and smoothly. Lisa then combined the Sephora Collection Beauty Amplifier Afterglow Primer & Luminizer and 10 HR Wear Perfection Foundation to create a glowing complexion with long-lasting wear. Lisa also mixed various peachy shades from the Sephora + PANTONE UNIVERSE Correct + Conceal Palette to conceal the under eye area and cover any imperfections on the skin. On Florence’s cheeks, Lisa dabbed Sephora Collection Colorful Cheek Ink Gel to create buildable depth and applied Sephora Collection Colorful Blush in So Shy on top for long-lasting color. She also used Sephora Collection Retractable Brow Pencil – Waterproof in Nutmeg Brown to fill in the brows for a polished look. Lisa then applied the lighter shades of the Colorful 5 Eyeshadow Palette in N°13 Nude to Neutral to the base of the lid and applied the darker shades in the crease and below the lash line for a sultry smoke. Lisa then curled the lashes with Sephora Collection SPOT ME Showcurl Lash Curler and applied a light coat Full Action Extreme Effect Mascara in Black to intensify lashes. To finish off the eye look, Lisa added an individual strip of the Sephora Collection Individual False Lashes to the outer, center, and inner lash area, creating a star shape. On the lips, Lisa lightly applied the Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick in Decollete to create a lip stain finish and added Sephora Collection Rouge Balm SPF 20 in Enchanting Blush on top for added moisture. Lastly, Lisa set Florence’s look using the Sephora Collection Beauty Amplifier Set and Refresh Spray one last time so that her makeup would stay put throughout the evening.
