Meghan Trainor Says She Took Down Her New Music Video Due to Heavy Photoshopping

"They Photoshopped the crap out of me."

Meghan Trainor is not having it with whoever edited her new music video.

Trainor's camp uploaded the video for "Me Too" today only to have it taken down by Trainor hours later. Trainor explained on Snapchat why she took the video down, saying that she had been overly Photoshopped.

"Hey guys, I took down the 'Me Too' video because they Photoshopped the crap out of me and I'm so sick of it and I'm over it, so I took it down until they fix it!" she said. "My waist is not that teeny. I had a bomb waist that day. I don't know why they didn't like my waist, but I didn't approve that video and it went out for the world. So I'm embarrassed."

"I told them to fix it A$AP Rocky 'cause I will be going to Times Square to play for my fans, so I hope they fix it for me and I am sorry about this," she continued. You can watch her Snapchat here, via a Twitter user.

It's troubling that Trainor would be Photoshopped to the point that she's so embarrassed, she has to take down her own music video. And yet, it's unsurprising, considering the amount of Photoshopping that goes on in videos, magazines, etc. (but disturbing nonetheless).

Trainor says she hadn't approved the video, which makes it even more ridiculous that it went up, but it's admirable that instead of sitting idly by, the 22-year-old singer took a stand and opted to remove the video until it's to her liking. Case in point: She has a beautiful figure. No Photoshop necessary.

Trainor's current mood? (And ours, as well.)
