Watch Rashida Jones School Stephen Colbert on Being a Feminist

"There’s no right answer for a woman.”

Earlier this month, the Angie Tribeca star Rashida Jones wrote a list of the dos and don’ts of being a feminist in 2016 for Glamour. And on Friday night, Jones stopped by The Late Show to school Stephen Colbert on how to be a feminist.

Colbert begins by stating that he is a feminist, but he's quickly shut down when Jones asks, "Do you know what to do to be a feminist?" he shook his head and said, “Nope. No idea."

She responded, “Well, you just have to stay educated and stay sensitive,” Jones said. “You have to know what we go through. There’s a lot of, kind of inherent sexism when you’re an actress and you’re interviewed, whether it’s on a red carpet or about a movie or whatever.”

The two then switch roles. Jones becomes the interviewer as she asks Colbert questions women constantly come across during interviews, such as, "Who are you wearing?" "What’s your beauty regimen?" "With three kids at home, how do you do it all?" and "As a man in comedy, how have you been able to get your voice heard?"

After he answers, which you can see in the video. Rashida responds with, “You answered all those questions right, unlike a woman. There’s no right answer for a woman.”
