Meryl Streep Dressed Up as Donald Trump Last Night, and She Looked Unrecognizable

Are you in there, M?

Meryl Streep has three Academy Awards to her name, but after her performance last night (June 6), she better make room for a fourth.

What did Streep do, you ask? Well, what she does best: transform into a character. Her latest muse? Donald Trump. And it's her most memorable role yet.

It all went down at the Shakespeare in the Park Public Theater Gala event in New York City Monday. Streep joined Christine Baranski on stage for a political-inspired rendition of "Brush Up Your Shakespeare" from Kiss Me Kate. Baranski dressed as Hillary Clinton, which left Trump for Streep.

And she didn't disappoint. Streep donned a fat suit, aggressive spray tan and ridiculous toupee to embody the Republican presidential hopeful. The resemblance was truly uncanny, but don't take our word for it. These receipts are all you need to see.

Shocking, right?

Here's a close-up. Scared?

How about Streep and Baranski singing as the predicted presidential nominees--on the floor yet or nah?

We certainly are. We're terrified and amazed at the same time, which has only happened once before: when Streep played that bean-crazed witch in Into the Woods (2014). Bravo.

We made liberals blind-taste test Trump's wine, and the results were hilarious. Watch below.
