'Varsity Blues' Star Ron Lester Has Passed Away
He was only 45.
Ron Lester, the actor who played Billy Bob in the 1999 football classic Varsity Blues has sadly passed away last night. According to TMZ, Lester had been hospitalized for roughly four months and his health reportedly getting worse and worse. On Friday, Lester requested to be taken off life support and passed around 9 PM central time. His fiancée was by his side.
