In today’s cringe-worthy news, R. Kelly is dating a teenager. Weird? Yes. Surprising? Unfortunately not.
Now, there is one silver lining: The girl is legal. According to YBF.com, R. Kelly’s current bae is 19-year-old Halle Calhoun. (He is 49, in case you didn’t know.) The two were photographed partying in Atlanta over the weekend, and this news has the Internet in a tizzy–a shady, aggressive tizzy.

R. Kelly’s sketchy past with young women is the primary reason why people are enraged. (R. Kelly was charged with child pornography in 2002 after a video of him allegedly having sex and urinating on an underage girl became public. He was later acquitted of the charges.)
