James Corden Gives Viral Subway Singer a Moment to Shine

From singing on the New York City subway to singing on television in front of millions of people, singer Mike Yung's dreams have come true, with the help of The Late Late Show host James Corden.

A video of Yung singing, "Unchained Melody" went viral and garnered million views within a week of its release. Corden was so impressed by Yung's vocal ability that he invited the crooner to perform on his show; where he delivered an emotion-filled rendition of the song that gave him Internet notoriety.

Mike Yung quickly took to social media to reveal that not only had he recorded a new version of the single that would be available for purchase, but he was also in the process of preparing a new album.

Yung, who currently makes a living singing throughout the NYC subway system, was was once signed to T-Electric Records, the label responsible for dropping Ella James's Changes album in 1980.
