One thing's for sure and two things are for certain, Halle Berry doesn't play when it comes to her children Nahla Aubry and Maceo Martinez. The Oscar award winning actress schooled an Instagram troll after being accused of being "ashamed" of her children.

The drama began when the doting mother posted a faceless picture of her two children in an attempt to highlight the positive messages displayed on their shirts. Berry's daughter Nahla rocked a sweater that read, "Girls Will Change The World," while her son Maceo's boasted, "Kindness is the new cool."

One Instagram user assumed Berry's choice not to show her children was because she was ashamed of their looks.

Berry quickly schooled the troll writing, "I've noticed you have said this several times now so let me be clear-- I'm not at all ashamed of children. I try to find creative ways to incorporate them into my feed because they are the biggest part of my life, but I also work very hard to keep their identities as private as I can considering they are only children."

She continued, "It's my belief, and I'm not criticizing others who have different beliefs, that it's my job as their mother to protect their privacy as best I can. When they grow and they're of age and they want share their images on the internet, that will be for them to decide, not me. Feel me? Have a beautiful day."

Halle Berry has been extremely vocal about protecting the rights of children born to celebrities. In 2013 she was extremely active in the fight for an anti-paparazzi legislation that prevented photographers from harassing celebrity children under the age of 16.
