Nicki Minaj Says She Wasn't Dragging Melania Trump

Nicki Minaj shamelessly called out Melania Trump at the Tidal X: 1015 concert this past weekend, but now she's clarifying what really inspired her comments.
The Pinkprint star dished, "Cause you n---as are so f--king weak, y’all got the audacity to be intimidated by the bad motherf--king queen and get your motherf--king feelings hurt,” she shouted into the microphone. “But it’s O-motherf--king-K, ‘cause Barack needed a Michelle, b-tch, and Bill needed a motherf--king Hillary, b-tch. You better pray to God you don’t get stuck with a motherf--king Melania. You n---as want brainless b-tches? To stroke your motherf--king egos? Well, f--k you, n---as."
While fans took to Twitter praising Minaj for her fierce read against Donald Trump's third wife, the rapstress revealed that she wasn't completely throwing shade at the former model. Clarifying her diss Minaj wrote, "Wasn't "dragging." She seems nice. But a smart man knows he needs a certain "kind" of woman when running for President/attempting greatness."
Melania Trump has been under public scrutiny ever since she plagiarized her GOP convention speech in July. She recently had to make a public statement condemning the vulgar comments her husband made about women in a 2005 interview that was released to the public earlier this month.
