Boyz II Men Member Issues A Public Apology After Cheating on His Wife

Shawn Stockman, of Boyz II Men, recently turned to Instagram to air out all his dirty laundry, using the platform to apologize to his wife of fifteen years for cheating on her.

"I'm apologizing on record to my family and to anyone else that I have hurt," Stockman shares during the apology video.

He quickly deleted the video. So far, there's been a mixed reaction from fans. Some showing support while others bash the R&B singer for using the social media app instead of confronting his wife personally. “Publicly apologizing may seem admirable. But showing strength privately affirms what’s truly in your heart,” wrote one follower. Another person responded, “We’ve all been there. Stay strong.”

Stockman has been married to his wife, Sharonda Jones, for 15 years. The couple wed in 2001 and have two twins, Ty and Micah. Jones hasn't publicly responded to his apology as of now.
