Rihanna Gives Perfect Response to Alleged Beyoncé Feud

RiRi ain't got time for beefs.

Rihanna wants no part in the Internet's faux feud between the pop star and Beyoncé.

With coinciding hit albums Lemonade and ANTI and seventeen Grammy nominations between the pair, tension rose between both parties fan base, specifically about "Album of the Year." RiRi accidentally added fuel to the fire when she liked a fan's Instagram pic who was upset about the singer's AOTY snub with the caption, "Congrats and all to @badgalriri and all for her 8 Grammy nods but tbh f--k them because they snubbed her for Song of the Year and Album of the Year." She continued, "I think they didn't want her tied or passing someone else *cough cough* [lemon emoji]."

Rihanna quickly shut down all rumors of a Beyoncé beef with a perfect response in the comments of the photo. "I never actually read your caption, thought the pic was funny and moved right along!" she wrote. "Til I seen it pop up over and over! I'm petty af, yes. But this is just unnecessary! I wish y'all would drop this topic and see things from the bigger picture! We don't need to be putting black women against each other! We deserve to be celebrated, and the Grammy Academy agrees!"

Thank you, Rihanna! Stop with all of the Beyoncé comparisons. Yes, it would've been great to see Anti nominated for AOTY, but fans are forgetting that she's still nominated in eight other categories. It's a time of celebration, not shade throwing.
