Chris Pratt Says We Should Objectify Him and Other Dudes in the Name of Gender Equality

I guess I'll ogle at your abs if I have to, Chris!

Jurassic World star Chris Pratt has an interesting suggestion for advancing the gender equality movement: Objectify men more. Yup. (We're not exactly opposed there, buddy!)

While speaking to Radio 4's Front Row, the actor asserts that ogling dudes just as much as women is an A+ way for everyone to get on the same playing field.

“I think it’s appalling that for a long time only women were objectified, but I think if we really want to advocate for equality, it’s important to even things out," he said. “Not objectify women less, but objectify men just as often as we objectify women."

A truly iconic response. But it gets better. Chris went on to say, “There are a lot of women who got careers out of it, and I’m using it to my advantage. And at the end of the day, our bodies are objects. We’re just big bags of flesh and blood and meat and organs that God gives us to drive around.”

We can do without that last Texas Chainsaw Massacre-ish metaphor, but Chris is kind of on point with this one. Tongue-in-cheek or not, we're on board with his suggestion to stare at more abs.
