As tradition goes all living presidents are invited to the ceremony to witness the transfer of power. With the exception of George H.W. Bush, who is medically unable to attend, Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton (Hillary too, awkward) and Jimmy Carter will all be present to watch Trump take the reigns. Given the fact that the new pres has a rocky history with all of his predecessors there is still a chance that they all flake on their responsibilities and become no-shows at the inauguration. Can you imagine? We did!
