Watch Imani X Shether ILL Jake in This Intense Rap Battle on 'The Breaks'

Imani X came for all necks during an epic rap battle on the latest episode of The Breaks After her initial dismissal of Nikki Jones showing up to her job and offering to make her a star, Imani eventually accepts the persistent assistant's invite to attend the New Music Seminar. While there, Imani brings along her feisty momager (Kim Wayans), whose own stubbornness may just stand in the way of her daughter's stardom.

Despite the tension between her mom and Nikki, Imani got her chance to shine when an impromptu rap battle breaks in the lobby of the New Music Seminar. After crossing paths with her former friend and rap nemesis, ILL Jake, Imani destroys him in their face off.

But will it be enough to sell Barry Fouray on signing Imani to his new label?
