Comedian Charlie Murphy has sadly passed away after losing his battle with Leukemia. According to TMZ, he died on Wednesday (April 12) in a NYC hospital after undergoing chemotherapy to fight the disease. He was 57 years old.

The brother of comedy legend Eddie Murphy, made quite the name for himself in Hollywood. Charlie was famous for his appearances on Comedy Central’s Chappelle Show, particularly in “Charlie Murphy’s True Hollywood Stories” sketches. Who could forget that night he partied with Rick James?
