Bill O'Reilly Got Fired and People Are Celebrating With This Cam'ron Meme

"You maaad!"

Bill O'Reilly got canned by Fox News today.

TMZ reports that he was forced out of his two-decade long position as a primetime TV host after numerous sexual harassment allegations by female co-workers were brought to light. “After a thorough and careful review of the allegations, the company and Bill O’Reilly have agreed that Bill O’Reilly will not be returning to the Fox News Channel,” 21st Century Fox, the parent company of Fox News, said in a statement. The company had to pay up to $13 million in settlements.

As the news rolled into Twitter, users reacted accordingly.

O'Reilly is was one of the most popular and influential commentators in television. One of his most indelible TV moments is the famous "You Mad" interview he had with rapper Cam'ron and hip hop mogul Dame Dash on his program The O'Reilly Factor in late 2003. The artists came on the show to debate the merits of hip hop's explicit nature and lyrical content, but the host chimed in with his dismissive attitude towards the genre, sparking a heated exchange with Dash. This led to Cam's now-famous meme of him wagging his finger and taunting, "You maaad, you maaaad.”
