K-Ci Channels His Inner TD Jakes During an Epic Jodeci Performance at ' Dear Mama '

K-Ci is hitting them notes, boy in this special performance dedicated to Nicole, the fiancee of DJ Khaled, he even briefly serenades Mary J Blige in this highlight clip.

During Dear Mama: An Event to Honor Moms, one half of Jodeci puts on an epic performance singing their first hit song, "Forever My Lady." Mr. Dalvin and K-Ci start of real smooth with it and the crowd instantly nostalgically joins in.

K-Ci starts feeling the lyrics in his soul and invites all of the moms to stand up. He walks off the stage to deliver personal serenades, starting with one directed towards Mary J. Blige and her mother Cora. He gives Cora a kiss on the cheek and points to Mary and exclaims, "IF I EVER LOSE YOU!!!" and continues on to SANG towards Robin Paul, Nicole Tuck and encourages some crowd participation.

You know when you're just feeling a song and you have to sing it out like it's your life testimony? That's what overcomes K-Ci and in an awkward moment he playfully head rubs Doris Bowman, mother to Anthony Anderson.
