Kehlani Cancels Show After Feeling "Crazy" and Needing Medical Attention

Fans send their love and support to the singer.

It truly takes a brave, strong person you admit to needing help, and we praise Kehlani for doing just that. While on stage Monday night at a tour stop in Grand Rapids, MI, the singer broke down in front of her fans as she canceled the show and opened up about feeling "crazy."

"I truly feel that I might have to go to the hospital at this point because I feel crazy," she addresses the crowd. As she starts to cry she promises to reschedule the show and admits, "I need to do something about this because I feel crazy."

Now "crazy" can be interpreted in many ways, but given her past experience with mental health issues this could be cause. In 2016, Kehlani was hospitalized after trying to commit suicide. She was placed on psychiatric hold for being a threat to herself after rumors of her cheating on NBA star Kyrie Irving surfaced. After her recovery though, she gave a moving speech during a show stating "If you have a friend and they're scaring you a little, just love them. Just hug them, and love them up, and tell 'em that it's good, okay. And from me to you, you are worth it, you are perfect, you need to be here, you are meant to be here," according to Essence

Earlier today, she took to Instagram to again apologize and reveal that she is "sick" and that last night's show will be rescheduled.

Reading the comments on her post you can see the amazing bind Kehlani shares with her fans.
